  9.           The shareware version of dtSearch is distributed in three files:

  11.                DTSD.EXE:      dtSearch 2.03 for DOS
  12.                DTSW.EXE:      dtSearch 2.03 for Windows
  13.                DTSDOC.EXE:    dtSearch 2.0 documentation and ALPHABET
  14.                               utility

  16.           These files are self-extracting archives created with PKZIP.  To
  17.           install dtSearch, create a directory on your hard disk, copy the
  18.           archive files to the directory, and execute each of the archive
  19.           files to uncompress them.

  63.           dtSearch for DOS requires DOS 3.3 or later and at least 384k of
  64.           available memory (512k recommended).

  67.           2 Mb of memory (4 Mb recommended).

  87.                Install dtSearch 2.0 in a different directory from the old
  88.                version of dtSearch.  dtSearch 2.0 uses a different index
  89.                format from previous versions, so you should not attempt to
  90.                use your old indexes with the new version of dtSearch.

  92.           From version 2.0...

  94.                You can install dtSearch 2.03 for DOS and 2.03 for Windows
  95.                in your existing dtSearch directory.  It will work with any
  96.                existing indexes and dtSearch setup files.

  98.           From DOS to Windows, or from Windows to DOS...

  100.                If you have both dtSearch 2.0 for DOS and dtSearch 2.0 for
  101.           Windows, you can install them in the same directory so that you
  102.           can use the same indexes and setup files for both versions.
